Tender description

The aim of this intervention is to implement a high quality queue management system within the new Customer and Local Services department (CLS) as part of a government wide States of Jersey “OneGov” transformation. A high quality queue management system will give the CLS department insights around how the public use our services and how we can improve them going forward so that services can be accessed quickly and at times that are convenient for customers. The chosen product will also support a channel shift from accessing services in person to online. Customers will be able to view queueing times or book an appointment for their desired service online. Keywords: Queue
