Ramsey Road Mausoleum

Tender description

St Ives Town Council is looking to build a mausolea within its existing cemetery to enhance the current range of burial services available to the community. As a minimum the structure would be expected to have a capacity of 12 units with provision for additional units to be added at a future date. It is anticipated that the structure will as a minimum meet the following specification: - • Built on raft foundations • Full damp proof • LACO compliant concrete chambers with minimum internal dimensions of 86" x 25.5" x 31.3" • Suitable decorative sealing panels for each unit • Suitable waterproof roof covering with drainage to soakaway • Suitable decorative external finish including cladding • Full width front step and side skirts. In addition to the mausoleum the Town Council would be interested in receiving quotations for an adjoining Columbarium. Tenders should include price for • Supply and delivery of all materials. • Completion of all ground works.
