Tender description

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive are planning to engage with potential service providers in order to better understand the various Grant Management Systems available. Some of the main functions desired (which may become mandatory) are: — Ability for application to complete and submit an online application, — Scoring ability within the system, — Ability to send letters of offer / rejection, — Ability to monitor applicants, — Financial management, — Ability to facilitate staged payments, — Function report by geographical location, — Reporting function on outputs. Additionally we are interested in the potential for the system to give a Social Return on Investment (SROI). Please note that information associated with this Expression of Interest is subject to change and we may decide not to proceed with a procurement. The Northern Ireland Housing Executive are planning to engage with potential service providers to better understand what solutions are available.
