Tender description

This Contract is for the annual service and maintenance of the door entry systems under the remit of Oxford City Council. The Supplier will be expected to take calls from our call service centre and respond appropriately to request for fault rectification, within the call out frames set within this contract. As a minimum, we expect tenderers to respond with market leading pricing structures which reflect the scope of the commercial opportunities we offer. Additionally, where there is an opportunity for a sustainable solution, tenderers are strongly encouraged to offer such solutions, where permitted within the scope of the specification. The principal aim of the tender process is to appoint a single Tenderer to the Council who will deliver both financial and efficiency benefits.
