Tender description

Provision of corporate cleaning for the London Borough of Barnet including Maintained Estates, New Barnet Council office in Colindale, schools, parks and pavilions, libraries and adult social care deep cleans. This tender also includes the requirement for the supply of washroom consumables.This requirement covers any additional building which may be added to the London Borough of Barnet estate. The estimated total value is an estimated contract value for the maximum contract period which is for the initial 3 years duration of the contract and the option to extend for up to a further 2 years at the discretion of the council. These values are indicative and no guarantee or commitment as to the initial and future value of any work arising from this contract can be given. This figure includes estimated school spend which currently cannot be quantified. The Provision of Corporate Cleaning for Maintained Estates which includes the following buildings: — civil buildings, — depot, — New Barnet Council Office in Colindale, — parks, pavilions and public toilets, — schools, — libraries, — drop in advice buildings, — youth centres, — community centres, — drop in centres. And any other buildings as determined by the council to be part of the corporate estate. Lot 2 — Adult social care deep clean. The London Borough of Barnet wishes to commission a contractor who will deliver high intensity domestic deep cleaning services to service users. Lot 3 — The supply of washroom consumables.
