Tender description

The requirements for this tender cover the benchmarking of performance in respect of the delivery of the fullrange of core services provided to support the academic activity of the universities. We seek to identify and analyse the total cost of operating for each area of our activities, not simply the costs that arise in central divisions of professional services within each University. A provider is sought to continue to support the benchmarking group which will provide real value to its members. This will include gathering data from the participating universities, analysing it, presenting the findings and assisting in the interpretation and use of the outputs. The analysis should cover pay and non-pay costs including the outsourcing of services. Benchmarking collections and service efficiency surveys will take place as and when required by member universities.
