Tender description

The Safe space and night-time proactive outreach service will: — provide a safe environment and place of shelter in a city-centre location for those identified as vulnerable (or in need) as a result of their substance misuse and/or low-level mental illness, through proactive engagement, minimise the harm associated with rough sleeping or homelessness, — through proactive engagement, minimise the harm associated with drug and alcohol misuse, enhance the health and wellbeing of individuals accessing the service through the delivery of person-centred, care-coordinated activities.
