Brief Description of Requirement UKGIP has a requirement for company secretary services to comply with all usual requirements relating to a Company Secretary under the law of England and Wales. Background to the Requirement As above, UKGIP is a private limited company, which was created to hold five former Green Investment Bank (GIB) assets. This requirement is for on going company secretary services for UKGIP. The Board of the company is made up of senior officials from BEIS, Her Majesty's Treasury (HMT), UK Government Investments (UKGI) and Macquarie and one independent non-executive director. The day to day management of the assets is provided by the Green Investment Bank (also known as the Green Investment Group (GIG) under Macquarie ownership). The BEIS shareholder role is managed by UKGI. Scope To provide company secretary services to UKGIP, including the core services listed below at section 5.
