Refurbishment of Toilets at West Bromwich & Walsall Bus Stations

Tender description

The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) is seeking to improve customer facilities at Walsall St Paul's and West Bromwich bus stations and is seeking tender submissions for enhancement works to the public toilet facilities at these two bus stations in order to transform the customer experience at these locations. Bids are being assessed on the basis of 70% quality, 20% price and 10% social value. Only those organisations that have answered all of the questions and provided all supporting documents satisfactorily in the Qualification Envelope will go on to have their tenders evaluated. Please submit your responses to the quality questions in the Technical Envelope, input your prices in the Commercial Envelope and your company details in the Qualification Envelope of BravoSolution. For this tender you are also required to submit your response to the Social Value element of the evaluation directly to the Social Value Portal (please see Invitation to Tender document for further details) and the reference no. is SVP00297. Please submit all responses by the tender deadline which is 1200 noon on Monday 23rd July 2018. The deadline for any clarification questions, via BravoSolution, is 1200 noon on Friday 20th July 2018. Please note that we are holding a site visit to both bus stations commencing at 1400 on Wednesday 11th July 2018 to have a look at the existing facilities and ask any questions regarding this new tender.
