Tenders are invited for the provision of passenger transport services by taxi, minibus and/or coach in relation to Special Educational Needs between Penrith and Carlisle. The minimum number of seats required is 8. A passenger assistant is required. Child needs space, it is best if not sat directly beside another child. One child requires buckle guard and wheelchair is required to be transported and secured with bungee ties. Safe area for wheelchair storage is required. One child requires high backed booster with a five point harness. You must refer to the “Instructions for Tendering” prior to submitting your bid.
