Tender description

Historic England is looking for a contractor to undertake: (a) modification to the controls of the lower lift; (b) complete replacement of the upper lift. The contractor will be responsible for: (a) the design, development and implementation of all works needed to the meet the stated requirements; (b) preparation of fully co-ordinated working drawings, supply and installation of plant and materials, including relocation of existing services and equipment where required; (c) testing and setting to work and commissioning in a manner to suit the contract programme; (d) provision of handover documents and drawings. The process must be undertaken with due consideration of the architectural and historical importance of Brooklands.
