WCHG has a requirement for a new electronic payment solution to replace the existing contract. Lot 1 — Payment Cards, IVR, WEB and virtual terminal, Lot 2 — Direct Debit This will be a Framework Agreement, led by WCHG and on behalf of partner. organisations: — First Choice Homes, Oldham, — Forviva Group Ltd, — Irwell Valley Housing, — The Calico Group All involved are Social Housing Providers registered with Homes England: https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/homes-england Duration — the agreement will run for a period of 2 years, with an option to extend for 2 further 12-month periods, subject to satisfactory performances and annual review. Payment options for our customers including: payment cards, telephone/IVR payments, direct debit and web payments. — A fully hosted, flexible Direct Debit solution, — Transfer consolidated payments in a timely manner along with reconciled management information (electronically).
