Tender description

Network Rail is looking to augment its core internal teams with a managed service facility for its Group Safety, Technical and Engineering Directorate (Group STED). This aims to provide flexible capacity to Network Rail through the appointment of up to 2 managed service suppliers to provide additional capability, skills, expertise and resource in the safety, technical and engineering arena, as laid out in Group STED's Strategic Business Plan. Suppliers selected through the Procurement Event will work collaboratively with Group STED to develop the capability and capacity required for Group STED to meet its operational objectives as set out in its Strategic Plan. Network Rail is looking to engage two Managed Service suppliers to work with its Group Safety, Technical and Engineering Directorate (Group STED). As such it is expected that the Supplier will be able to meet all the capabilities laid out in the Group STED Strategic Plan, as well as the procurement documentation.
