Stockport Homes Ltd Access and Safety Equipment Inspection Contract

Stockport Homes Ltd is seeking a supplier to deliver Access and Safety equipment Service regime in a selection of their buildings. The Contract will also include a service to third party customers which Stockport Homes deliver Facilities Management services to through Service Level Agreements. The aim of the contract is to ensure all access equipment fixed permanently on Stockport Homes properties is tested in line with LOLER and current standards. As well as LOLER regulation requirements the contractor will be required to carry out rope access works for maintenance on a number of buildings as and when required including some yearly works for warranty.
