Dublin City Council invites Expressions of Interest for the provision of 70 nº 2-storey rapid delivery housing units on 3 sites at Cherry Orchard — Ballyfermot, Woodbank Drive — Finglas, and Rathvilly Park — Finglas to include: (a) Design, Manufacture, Supply, Delivery of 70 units to site; (b) Site works including, but not restricted to: site preparation, foundations and ground floor slabs, site services and connections to utility services, boundary treatments, hard and soft landscaping; (c) Erection /installation of the rapid delivery housing units on site; (d) Associated internal and external finishes and completions.
