Tender description

Nottingham City Council and Leicestershire County Council requested tenders from either single or multiple contractors as a delivery partner for Business and System Integration for Oracle Cloud. The contract duration will be for 2 years, with a possible extension of up to 3 years in annual increments, at the Authorities discretion. Whilst the implementation of the Authorities requirements within this tender must be completed within the firm period of the contract, this extension period is to allow the implementation of any future EMSS customers by the same delivery partner without conducting a separate procurement exercise. Please note however prices are not sought for this element at this time. A contract value between 1 500 000 GBP and 2 500 000 GBP has been estimated for the firm contract period, with an additional estimate of 1 500 000 GBP for the extension period. Therefore, a total maximum value of 4 000 000 GBP was inserted into the OJEU notice for the reasons explained above.
