HIS Star Survey

Homes in Sedgemoor are looking to undertake the STAR survey of our tenants later this year. We are looking to undertake a ratified sample of our 4’200 properties and would be looking for guidance on how many households this should cover what the data requirements would be to ratify the sample. In three of our neighbourhoods we would like to attempt to collect 100% responses and your guidance on how this could be completed is required. This sample would also need feed into the full ratified sample. We are intending to ask the 7 core questions and potentially an additional question regarding whether the respondent would be available for follow up if necessary. As part of this contact we would also like to quality check some of the data we hold on these households. We are likely to use a mix of phone and email/ web form link for the surveys. Expressions of interest are required from suitably experienced providers who will be able to manage the process on behalf of HIS and provide an analysis and action plan based on the results.
