Automatic Fire Sprinkler System Service and Maintenance

South Tees Site Company (STSC) wish to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide an annual service maintenance and emergency call out service for STSC's fire Sprinkler, Deluge systems located in the following site areas:- Blast Furnace Fire Fighting, Redcar Coke Ovens, Steelmaking, Redcar Power Station, Kinkerdale Sub Station, Dock Road Sub Station, Redcar Bulk Terminal (RBT) Material Handling C1 & Material Handling CH1 The service will comprise of the following elements: • Annual system maintenance including pump maintenance • Emergency call out provision • Repair or replacement of an Automatic Start Control Panel Full details can be found in the supporting attachment. A site visit is required for this work. This site visit is mandatory and MUST be confirmed via email to procurement@stscltd.co.uk by 5pm on 31st May 2018. Date: 4th June 2018 Time: 10.00am Site Host: Robbie Taylor You will be required to complete a site induction, this will take around 30 minutes, please make time for the induction. Please bring PPE (high viz, hard hat, safety boots, eye protection) for the visit.
