JPH are seeking Tenders from companies that are able to offer a full range of consultancy services pertaining to the demolition of the disused swimming pool and aerial walkway at Fort Regent, Jersey, that principally include: • Providing asbestos removal and demolition engineering related technical advice. • Provide full Project Management (pre and post contract award) including the procurement of a competent principal demolitions / asbestos removal contractor. The successful Tenderer will be required to lead on all aspects of the design, planning, procurement and implementation of this project and will report to the Capital Project Manager.
