Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations

Tender description

Haig Housing are looking for both experienced and GasSafe registered Gas Safety Contractors to undertake both Domestic and Non-Domestic Gas Safety Inspections, Servicing, Maintenance and Repairs, Issue of Landlords Gas Safety Certificates, Responsive Repairs and 24 hour Callout breakdown services. Haig Housing are looking for both experienced and GasSafe registered Service Providers to undertake routine Gas Servicing and repairs to their Domestic and Communal Heating Plant and Distribution Systems. The contract will be for an initial 5 year term, with provisions for 2 x 1 year extensions. This contract has been split into 2x lots, for which bidders can bid for both lots. Service providers are expected to be GasSafe registered and can demonstrate suitable level of experience in this field and are to provided to undertake routine servicing and maintenance to their communal assets. The service provider are also required to provide valid certification and ongoing provision for 24 hour call-out.
