County Durham Housing Group holds responsibility for a number of properties in relation to the provision of a repairs and maintenance service. The service is to include all residential and garage properties for a wide range of reactive repairs and maintenance in addition to planned elements such as gas servicing. County Durham Housing Group is looking to complete an early market engagement process in relation to the provision of repairs and maintenance. Early Engagement Documents can be requested by emailing procurement@cdhg.co.uk, completed documents should be returned by 12:00 (noon) on Monday 5 February 2018.
