Guinness Property maintain over 45,000 properties and carry out major works & refurbishment on behalf of The Guinness Partnership Limited. Supply partners awarded to this framework will assist Guinness Property in completing a number of responsive, void and planned works by providing Scaffolding Equipment, to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure works are carried out in line with customer appointments.. This Framework is split into a number of separate geographical areas for supply partners to bid for the provision of scaffolding services, suppliers can bid for one or more of the following geographical areas: • North West • Yorkshire and the Humber • East Midlands • West Midlands • East of England • South East • South West The average annual sub-contractor spend for the provision of Scaffolding Services to Guinness Property is £447,026 Keywords: Scaffolding
