Tender description

The provision & installation of Audio Visual & Conference Call equipment for phase 3 of the future space internal refurbishment improvements currently being undertaken within the City of Wolverhampton Council Civic Centre. Commencement of installation has currently been anticipated to begin from the 2nd April 2018 onwards. However, if refurbishment works are delayed, then this will cause a knock on delay to the ordering and installation of the required Audio Visual equipment. The Equipment list that has been supplied as part of this Tender for Tenderers to price is a guideline only at this stage and to be aware that quantities may well change during contract commencement. Wolverhampton City Council also require support on the existing AV equipment once the existing warranty has expired for the duration of this contract which will be 5 years from the award date.
