ESB intends to contract with a vendor to design, implement and support of a SaaS Loyalty Solution to replace the customer loyalty website electricirelandrewards.ie and support the Electric Ireland loyalty programme. ESB intends to contract with a vendor to design, implement and support a SaaS Loyalty Solution to replace the customer loyalty website electricirelandrewards.ie and support the Electric Ireland loyalty programme. It is proposed that the solution will include: — Provision of an account based mobile friendly website for customer rewards including frontend design, build and hosting, — Capabilities of one to one customer offers, — Ability to consume and integrate with 3rd party APIs, — Secure migration of web content and customer profiles (including transactions), — Admin portal for content management, customer management and analytics reports, — Ongoing development, support and maintenance of solution in accordance with business requirements, — Identity & Access Management capability, — Capacity for ongoing design changes and testing, — Allow tracking of the customer and customer data, — Capacity for performance testing, — Adherence to GDPR Legislation, — Support with New Business Process Development, — Training Support. The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous proposal.
