Tender description

Newbridge House & Farm Works (Contract 2), Newbridge Demense, Donabate, Co. Dublin. The works encompass the refurbishment of existing buildings (protected structures) and development of new extensions, with substantial site works. Works will be carried out in a phased handover programme over a 26 week programme and include in outline: -The Re-Surfacing of the Main Courtyard and the Public Entrance to Newbridge House, -The provision of new Foul and Surface Water Drainage Systems to cater for existing and future expansion requirements for Newbridge House and Farm. -The refurbishment of and extension to the existing ‘South Range’ building. Tendering companies must demonstrate financial capability for a project of this size and relevant experience in similar work to a project of this nature. Candidates failing a Minimum Turnover of € 2.5m excl VAT per annum in one of the last 3 years will fail minimum Financial & Economic Standing criteria. Completion of a Suitability Qualification Questionnaire (SQQ) will be required as part of the tendering process. Responses to the SQQ will be used to access Pass/Fail criteria and will form part of the technical marking for the MEAT assessment. See attached document for further description of the works.
