The Council have an interest in a number of sites suitable for development opportunities. One of these is the iconic Gateway Site close to junction 6 of the M9, home to the iconic Kelpies and Helix Park plus the Falkirk Community Football Stadium. The Council wish to establish a framework of developers such that when opportunities arise projects can be quickly progressed. Developers may be required to fund the projects. The framework is split into lots based on the size of the projects which may come forward. This lot is for projects with a value of less than GBP5,000,000.
