TD1380 - New Build Teaching Block, Associated External Works and Incorporation of New Fire Rated Windows to the Adjacent Existing Building at Derby Moor Academy

Tender description

Tenders are invited for the provision of Services and Works in respect of a New Build Teaching Block, associated External Works and incorporation of new fire rated windows to the adjacent existing building at Derby Moor Academy, Derby. The Contract is for the construction of a New Build 7 Classroom Teaching Block with office space, staff room, toilet facilities, plant/comms room, corridor and lobby space with associated external Works. The Contractor would undertake the construction Works in accordance with the requirements set out in Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical drawings and any associated accompanying documentation such as surveys, reports, Pre-Construction Information, Preliminaries, Preambles and Schedule of Works within the tender documentation. The contract duration will be 49 weeks, estimated to commence 20 September 2018 and expire 03 September 2019. Tenderers will be permitted the opportunity to visit the site. The site visit will be held at 30 July 2018 at 10:00. Tenderers are to express an interest in the opportunity first, then confirm through the messaging function on the e-tendering system if they will be attending, and confirmation must be made by 27 July 2018 by 10:00.
