Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) is a procurement consortia which establishes and manages a range of framework agreements. Our members include social housing providers, local authorities, universities, NHS Trusts and regional police forces. EEM wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement with multiple contractors, for the provision of Installation, servicing and any subsequent repairs to straight and curved stairlifts, hoists, through floor lifts & disabled access equipment. Due to the geographical spread of our members eligible to use the established framework the works have been be split into core regional geographical lots. The purpose of this tender exercise was to establish a framework of suitably experienced contractors to undertake safe and compliant Installation, servicing and maintenance and any subsequent repairs of straight and curved stairlifts, hoists, through floor lifts and disabled access equipment. Our members property types range from domestic housing stock, high and low rise flats, office accommodation, corporate buildings, hospitals, student accommodation and universities and due to the geographical spread of our Members the framework has been split further into the following geographical lots: —East Midlands, —West Midlands, —National Coverage.
