Blue Coat Church of England Academy is part of the Blue Coat family of schools and provides education for over 800 students. A “Good” school rated by OFSTED, and with an increasing roll, the Academy is looking for a catering partner which, through their education catering experience can work with the catering team to provide a high quality service to students, staff and visitors. The Academy are looking for innovative ideas that will make good use of and develop the existing facilities. The key areas for focus and development include the following: — a customer focussed approach, — healthy eating, — service monitoring and support, — effective marketing and communication, — good quality signage and merchandising, — ongoing development of catering staff, — curriculum links.
