Tender description

The IT Support Contract maintains the academic network of computers at two Milton Keynes Council's sites (Rivers and CMK Library). The support is provided during teaching hours i.e including evenings and weekends and provides remote support to software and hardware issues or site call outs to resolve urgent issues.
