Tender description

The Council is looking to establish a partnership with a provider in the market who is working with the Energy Company Obligation (ECO), a government energy efficiency scheme, or other funding agencies to obtain funding to carry out the installation of underfloor insulation to private sector properties. The provider would be responsible for working with the Council to market this as an energy efficiency measure and completing the works, either directly or via a sub-contractor. This pilot would initially be focused at a specific area of the borough as defined by the Council to complement a wider scheme of works around energy efficiency measures.
