The purpose of this procurement is to secure a supplier to produce, develop and deliver a selection of digital products in a range of formats, which are to be updated on an annual basis. The purpose of this procurement is to secure a supplier to develop, produce, deliver and maintain the following digital products in a range of formats, which are to be updated on an annual basis. These will be used by construction workers and apprentices to enable them to work safely and compliantly on and off site: — Apps- Available through IOS and Android, — Downloads for iOS, OXS, Android and Windows (offline access), — DVD’s for Windows PC’s, — Digital subscriptions device agnostic. In addition to annual development CITB is looking for the successful supplier to cover the following levels of support throughout the contract length: — Production / development, — Product testing, — Customer assistance and technical support, — Complaints and feedback, — App creation, — Reporting, — Creative design and suggestion.
