This Contract Notice is published on behalf of Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Foundation Trust (“the Trusts”) and defines the procurement process (the Procurement) being executed for the Supply of a Consultant Service for Adult Specialist Supportive and Palliative Care at Harefield Hospital (“the Service”). The specific requirements for this procurement contract are the provision of a Consultant service for Adult Specialist Supportive and Palliative Care at Harefield Hospital including an out of hours telephone advice service. It is envisaged that the provider will develop a close working relationship with the Trust and it's employees. The Procurement documents are published on the ProContract portal which can be accessed through the web link: www.lppsourcing.org This project is identified on the ProContract portal by the title: Supply of a Consultant Service for Adult Specialist Supportive and Palliative Care at Harefield Hospital. All interested parties should note that this Service Procurement falls within the scope of the “Light Touch Regime” as defined in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) and Directive 2014/24/EU. Therefore the 2015 Regulations and the 2014 Directive are only applicable to the Service Procurement to the extent required for the Services.
