Tender description
The Contracting Authority proposes awarding a Contract for the provision of Customer Charter Audit Services for a three year period. To this end, the Contracting Authority requires a competent Company to facilitate but, not necessarily be limited to:- The Audit measures Bus Éireann’s performance in meeting its Customer Charter commitments and is conducted quarterly. This will include customer interviews, observations of actual departures to measure reliability, punctuality, capacity and route display, and mystery shopping on behalf of Bus Éireann.
