REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OPPORTUNITY CONSULTANCY FOR OUTCOME BASED COMMISSIONING REVIEW (OBCR) PROJECTS The London Borough of Sutton (Sutton Council) is undertaking an ambitious programme of commissioning projects to review how the majority of our services (delivered both by Sutton Council and by other public service providers) can be delivered, and budgets managed, differently and more innovatively. The Council is looking for a consultancy with experience in working across Local Government and the Health Service that has experience of implementing outcomes based approaches. They will work with existing project teams, potential providers and partners to deliver sustainable change proposals leading to: - achievement of specified broad service outcomes - long term reductions in costs - better configured services The contract is for a set period of 4 months commencing on 6 August 2018 at a fixed cost. The consultancy will lead on the initial set up and implementation of the programme of OBC reviews, hitting the ground running and having an immediate impact, at the same time being mindful of a time of uncertainty for colleagues across the organisation. The Council is tendering this quotation through the London Tenders e-tendering portal. This list is not exhaustive and encourages a range of organisations, regardless of size, to apply for this provision. The Council shall not be bound to accept the lowest cost nor any quotation, and reserves the right to accept all or part of your bid. The award of contract shall be based on the most economically advantageous quotation submitted. Deadline for submission of a completed Quotation Questionnaire is 30 July 2018 at 12:00 noon.
