In advance of commencing the procurement process, Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) wishes to hold Technical Dialogues on the basis of informal discussions with market players to provide HRI with a greater understanding of the options available for Commercial and Personal Development Training for Senior Management Teams at Irish Racecourses. There are 26 racecourses in Ireland and they hold in excess of 360 race meetings per annum. The racecourses operate in a constantly evolving landscape which presents commercial opportunities to grow existing revenue streams and to develop new ones.
