Tender description

This contract provides for the design, supply, and installation and commissioning of a complete replacement key management system for 7 SPS Establishments. The contract will also include for maintenance services for the systems. The existing key management systems at seven Scottish Prison Service Establishments have reached the end of their serviceable life. Recognising the requirement for replacement this contract provides for the design, supply, and installation and commissioning of a complete replacement key management system for each of the affected Establishments. Once the Works are complete, this contract will also include for planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair services for the systems, initially for a 5 year period, with an option for SPS to extend for a further 5 years.
