Re-Roofing & External Envelope Works to Slaidburn House

Tender description

The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for the following works to Slaidburn House:- Replacement of existing slated roof covering, EITHER: with insulated, profiled sheeting panels, overlaid with slate effect metal panels, OR: re-covering with Fibre Cement slates (i.e. a like-for-like replacement); Repairs to the External envelope, including:- Render repairs and cleaning; Masonry cleaning; Exposed Concrete feature cleaning; Re-decoration of Timber Canopies; Cleaning of Aluminium Window frames; Repainting of Metal Stairs, Handrails and Louvres; Repainting of Timber Windows; Repainting of Metal Windows and brackets; Repainting of Doors. High standards of workmanship, project management and project delivery will be required and expected for these works, which are to be delivered to a restricted timescale. The location of the site is Bailrigg Campus, Lancaster, LA1 4YW. This tender is not lotted. One contractor will be awarded the full package of work.
