Tender description

South Lanarkshire Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified contractors for the provision of a comprehensive Pest Control, Industrial Cleaning and other Environmental Services throughout the South Lanarkshire Area. The Council wishes to commission a sole contractor to provide a comprehensive pest control and certain public health services for domestic and other premises including those in Council ownership. The following pests and public health services are to be included within the service: Section 2: Rats and Mice Section 3: Treatment of Rodents in Sewers Section 4: Wasps and Bees Section 5: Pest Control at Council Properties Section 6: Grey Squirrels Section 7: Insects of Public Health/Non-Public Health Significance Section 8: Cleaning and Disinfection of “Dirty Houses”. Section 9: Proofing of buildings/structures against bird ingress and/or installation of bird deterrent measures. The Council wishes to commission comprehensive pest control and certain public health services for domestic and other premises including those in Council ownership. The estimated award commencement date is 1.10.2018.
