Tender description

The RTB is proposing to carry out annual surveys of the rental sector in Ireland. The surveys will help to develop a detailed and up to date profile of the sector that can be used by the RTB and other key stakeholders as an input to policy making and to inform the management and regulation of the sector. The RTB will shortly be advertising for a new contract for the provision of research services, more specifically to design and develop an annual survey which will include: — the design of systems, processes and procedures for the collection of survey data concerning the rental sector, — the collection and analysis of the data collected, and — the preparation of reports for publication and the dissemination of findings through presentations at workshops / conferences [as required].
