Tender description

To Supply, Install and commission up to Severn Passenger Lifts as a replacement. Futures Housing Group (FHG) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and financially sound economic operator to commission a programme of seven upgrades or replacements passenger lifts systems as required from our scope of works document within this ITT over the contract period. The required works will be carried out within our owned communal scheme buildings in and around the Daventry area of South Northamptonshire. The period of this contract will be up to 5 years including a 1 year initial period and with unilateral right to extend for a further period not exceeding 2 years.
