Tender description

Arc is seeking suitably experienced organisations to provide Lifts and Hoists Servicing and Maintenance as described within the Contract Notice and procurement documentation. The Common Procurement Vocabulary stated are deemed to include, for the avoidance of doubt and unless otherwise stated, the Category and Sub-category codes below the CPV codes stated. The successful Bidder will provide Lifts and Hoists Servicing and Maintenance at locations for and on behalf of Arc. Further details of Arcs requirement can be found in the following documents: — Specification (Arc012 — Lift Servicing and Maintenance Specification.docx) — Pricing Schedule (Arc012 — Lift Servicing and Maintenance – Pricing Schedule.xlsm). The services comprise servicing/maintenance and repairs to various types and manufacture of passenger, goods lifts and DDA Hoists together with 24/7 emergency breakdown cover. The intention of the Framework is to ensure that the equipment is maintained in a safe and efficient manner by the bidder, to comply with all current Regulations, British Standard Codes of Practice and Building Regulations, and to provide the building users and Arc with a quality service. Repair works are to be carried out as instructed by Arc following breakdowns, items identified from servicing/maintenance visits and recommendations following insurance inspections.
