Tender description

West Dunbartonshire Leisure Trust (WDLT) are inviting tenders for the supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of cardio vascular (CV) and gym equipment to replace existing equipment at 2 of their premises. The maintenance/service plan should cover a total of 5 years. WDLT are also seeking a “trade-in” value for the equipment that is to be removed. West Dunbartonshire Council (the Council) is tendering this procurement on behalf of West Dunbartonshire Leisure Trust (WDLT) and suppliers should note that references throughout this document to the Council should apply equally to WDLT. WDLT are inviting tenders for delivery, supply and installation of the equipment as specified in the equipment specification which has been prepared on an objective basis. Tenderers are requested to price for the cost of equipment including service requirements for a 5 year period. Please note the equipment must be new equipment. Reconditioned or refurbished equipment will not be accepted. Tenderers are also requested to provide a “trade-in' value for the equipment noted on the Trade-in Specification.
