ESPO is seeking to establish a framework agreement with a number of suppliers for the provision of parking management solutions including Pay and Display, Pay on Foot and Civil Enforcement Solutions. This lot requires suppliers to provide the supply, installation and maintenance of Pay and Display ticket machines and associated services. This lot requires suppliers to provide the supply, installation and maintenance of a range of Pay on Foot hardware, software and associated services. This lot requires suppliers to provide hardware, software solutions and associated services to assist Local Authorities to manage their enforcement under the Road Traffic Act 1991 (RTA) / Traffic Management Act 2004 (TMA) and other similar legislation.
