Tender description

The purpose of the contract is to allow Denbighshire County Council (the Council) to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) under which a number of Service Providers will operate, who are fully capable of providing safe, high quality, and cost effective passenger transport services, to include learner transport to mainstream and special schools and colleges, Short Term Care, Children's and Adult Services and Emergency Cover Contingency Arrangements. A DPS is a two stage process. During the first stage interested suppliers must meet the Council’s selection criteria (PQQ) in order to be admitted onto the DPS. Individual contracts are awarded during the second stage of the process. In stage 2, the Council will invite all suppliers successfully admitted onto the DPS to bid for contracts in mini-competitions.
