Quotation for Online Platform for Landlords and Tenants to Identify Properties available for Renting Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) wishes to procure an online platform through which landlords and tenants can identify properties available for renting. The site will enable landlords to self-assess their properties and allow Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council the functionality to remove properties or landlords that are unsuitable. The estimated annual value for the delivery of this application is £6,000 and the contract period will be for 3 years, commencing 1st June 2018 to 31st May 2021. However, this information is intended to assist with the preparation of your bid. The council does not bind itself to this or any other figure and is not a guarantee of business which may be generated from this contract.
