Tender description

Estates and Building Services require refurbishment work at the St. Matthews Centre, taking place over two months. For this procurement, PAN1068 Construction Works Framework was used; the commissioning officer and contract manager decided to use Option 2 (100% price) as the evaluation criteria. Due to the estimated project value, Lot 1 was used. The three suppliers listed on Lot 1 were invited to tender using a targeted quotation box, they were provided with a detailed specification, the RfQ documentation in which to submit their prices, detailed construction drawings of the required alterations and the Schedule of Amendments to which the awarded supplier will sign up to.
