Tender description
Tenders are requested from legal training providers for the design, delivery and assessment of training to Irish Prison Service (IPS) staff on a variety of legal matters in the areas of e.g. health & safety investigation, IPS Disciplinary Code, Civil Service Disciplinary Code, Courtroom/Expert Witness skills, Prisoner Discipline, Management responsibility regarding reporting, new Prisoner Complaints Process, The Irish Legal System and Employment Law & Equality Workshop. The IPS operates as an executive agency within the Department of Justice and Equality. The training is primarily intended for delivery to operational management and administrative grades including Governors, Chief Officers, Healthcare supervisors, Health and Safety Coordinators, etc.
