The requirement is for up to 3 properties for 3 adults (sharing)( in each property) with care and support needs related to learning disability, physical disability, mental health and who can display challenging behaviour in a detached or spacious, soundproof semi-detached property in the Rainworth area of Mansfield area with a large garden. Each property must have: • ground floor accommodation for one tenant with an en-suite wetroom. • two further bedrooms/accommodation that must be built or refurbished to supported living plus specifications including doors, radiator covers and a wet room to accommodate tenants with ASD/challenging behaviour.
