Tender description

Standard ready prepared chilled and / or frozen meals in either bulk or individual meal form including specialist meals (modified texture, dietary / therapeutic specific and multi-cultural meals) and associated products including soups, finger foods and desserts. Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of 20 190 450 GBP to 37 496 550 GBP in the first year of this Framework Agreement, however this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the Framework Agreement. As above the approximate average annual value for this framework is 28 343 500 GBP per annum. To run over a 4 year period (2+2 year term). Lot 1 offers Trusts a selection of prepared bulk chilled and / or frozen delivered meal, including but not limited to: — Breakfast Items, — Omelettes, — Soups, — Main Entrées, — Beef main entrées, — Chicken main entrées, — Lamb main entrées, — Pork main entrées, — Turkey main entrées, — Fish main entrées, — Vegetarian main entrées, — Hot Desserts, — Cold Desserts, — Custard. Lot 2 offers Trusts a selection of individual plated ready prepared chilled and / or frozen delivered meal, including but not limited to: — Breakfast complete meals, — Soups, — Beef complete meals, — Chicken complete meals, — Lamb complete meals, — Pork complete meals, — Turkey complete meals, — Fish complete meals, — Vegetarian complete meals, — Hot Desserts, — Cold Desserts. Lot 6 offers Trusts a selection of chilled and / or frozen bulk potato and rice dishes, including but not limited to: — Mashed Potatoes, — Roast Potatoes, — Potato Wedges, — Jacket Potatoes, — Chips, — Boiled Rice.
